Predicament And Solution Of Songzi County's Rural Credit

In the case of vigorously promoting the process of Urbanization,the rural population of China,which is the biggest developing country in the world,still makes up 45.23 percent of the national total at the end of 2014.The "three rural issues" is always a major issue in the development of national economy and modernization.Rural credit developed from the pilot to comprehensively promote.It has played a positive role in aspects of solving the loans to farmers,promoting farmers' income,supporting the development of rural economy,constructing new socialist countryside and so on.Rural credit funds is a systematic project,not a local project.The flow of it is interwined to rural economy.An objective and comprehensive analysis,timely solution to the funds flow problem appeared in the development,both have important political and economic significance to healthy and rapid development of rural economy.we should guide the flow of rural credit funds correctly,so that we can make a better contribution to farmer,rural and agriculture,and promote to develop national economy continuously and stably.But we also notice that the development status of rural credit is still difficult to meet the requirements of rural economic development.The problem of farmers having difficulty taking out loans did not change.We still need to analysis,study and solve the problems.By collecting data and investigating the rural credit situation,this paper analysises the current situation of Songzi County's rural credit to find out the predicament and to make suggestions to promote the development steady for Songzi County's Rural Credit.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects: firstly,it analysises the current situation of rural credit in Songzi County,which discusses mainly about the overall situation of Songzi County,and the general situation and basic mode of rural credit in Songzi County.Secondly,it researches the rural credit predicament of Songzi County,which analysises mainly about the lack of credit supply,the slow pace of financial innovation,unsound guarantee mechanism and the farmer's behavior deviation.Thirdly,it explores the solution of rural credit in Songzi County,which puts forward the method about increasing the supply of credit,rural financial grid and Improving the credit system.
