A Study On Risk Analysis And Improving Regulation Of Chinese Internet Finance

Since the birth of the Internet,the Internet has created one miracle after another.People are eager to set up a new business or get rich or change their life by the Internet.In recent years,Internet payment,P2 P Internet lending,and Internet crowdfunding are innovation on behalf of the Internet finance which are flourishing in our country.The government supplied the most powerful support to encourage the development of Internet finance in March,2014 that added the fire in the Internet financial development in our country.In 2015,the Internet finance has entered the golden age in our country,the Internet finance gains the spurt of growth.However,with the development of Internet finance,its risk is accumulated.In the condition that laws and regulations are not enough,secure technology has loopholes,interest rate and exchange rate have a large fluctuation,the risk of Internet finance has become increasingly noticeable like a snowball rolling which lead to the irreparable damage and have a negative effect on our economy and society.Our country's financial regulatory authority has already begun to pay attention to the Internet finance risk problems,study and formulate relevant regulatory strategies.At present,how to control effectively and prevent risks,maintain the orderliness of the Internet financial markets,promote the healthy development of Internet financial industry which have become an important subject that our country Internet financial regulation faced.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is introduction,it states the necessity of regulation for the Internet finance by the development,the present situation and the risk of Internet finance in our country.The second chapter reviews on the development of the Internet financial in our country firstly,and then describes Internet financial business model and level of our country.The third chapter is about Internet financial risk,it detailed analyzes the major potential risks faced by our country's Internet finance.The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation and existing problems of our country's Internet financial regulation.The fifth chapter put forward suggestions on improving our country's Internet financial regulation with learning the experience from foreign countries.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the full text and looks forward to the development of the Internet finance in our country.
