Since 2008,China's implementation of the cross-border RMB trade settlement,approved become the pilot cities and neighboring countries signed a currency swap agreement,for the internationalization of the RMB has taken a key step.With the rapid development of cross-border trade RMB settlement business and overseas RMB demand increased,the process of internationalization of the RMB is bound to speed up the,but China's capital account still exist many limitations,and this will greatly hinder the development of the internationalization of the RMB,so starting from the important impacts of RMB internationalization development point of view of capital account liberalization of economy of our country is the crowning touch.This paper from the research on the index system,the paper classifies the commonly used measure of capital account openness index;secondly,analysis of the status quo,history and current situation of the development of China's capital account opening;followed by a comparative study on China's capital account openness in the world within the scope of the data analysis and the degree of capital the account opening in our country is still low conclusion;then theoretical research,namely the analysis of earnings and risks of capital account liberalization;realistic foundation in our country at present and promote the internationalization of the RMB capital account deregulation based,found the existing problems;on this basis,the development status of RMB,pointed out that the impact of capital account opening on the internationalization of RMB,which reveals the relationship between the two development,finally combined with the developed countries and Southeast Asian countries capital Compared with the situation of our country,we put forward a series of policy recommendations to meet the needs of China's capital account liberalization and the process of the internationalization of the RMB.
