Shanxi Enterprise Patent Work Research Report

Since patent law promulgated in 1985,but now the national patent strategy to deepen the implementation of the country from the external environment to the internal management of patent construction.Patent embodies a country,a region,the independent innovation capability of an organization,has been widespread concern of many scholars,scholars from patent creation,implementation,legal protection and management four angles studied.The survey follows the main premise of national IP-related policies and regulatory requirements,the field research in Shanxi Province,city and county(district)the actual situation of the patent,and further hierarchical,phased-in implementation of patent strategy of enterprises in Shanxi Province,to explore innovation and institutional mechanisms to make the point,line,surface combined with the overall implementation of the strategy to promote the work of ar-chitecture.In this paper,the current situation in Shanxi Province enterprise patent work to start research,the main work is:First,the patent status of enterprises in Shanxi Province were investigated through studies to understand the current status of the patent enterprise in Shanxi Province,from creation,legal protection and management in four areas to construct a reasonable indicator system,and according to the index system design suitable for business conditions in Shanxi Province questionnaire,I investigated the patent situation in Shanxi Province in a variety of literature research,questionnaire and indirect survey method.Secondly,according to the patent status of enterprises in Shanxi Province,Shanxi Province enterprise patent work potential for analysis and distribution of resources from the regional patent,industrial distribution and the degree of matching and innovative resources in Shanxi Province enterprise patent resources analysis.Finally,the patent status of the investigation based on the enterprise in Shanxi Province,from the creation,implementation,legal protection,management advice on the implementation of the four areas in Shanxi Patent Strategy and reasonable,in order to create an appropriate patent development of the external soft environment,improve the enterprise capability of independent innovation in Shanxi Province,enhance corporate patent quantity and enhance their core competitiveness of enterprises in Shanxi Province gradual transformation into an enterprise for sustainable development,and guide enterprises in Shanxi Province patent work and economic development of convergence.
