Study On The Impact Of Rising Labor Costs On Economic Growth In Henan

Labor cost is an important factor in the development of social economy,rising labor costs in relation to the national and regional macro-economic operation,related to the adjustment of economic structure,and even affect many aspects of people's lives and social stability etc..The current labor cost pressures in eastern provinces have begun to shift to inland provinces in central Henan as the important labor resources,labor costs rising trend is obvious,which directly affects the regional economic growth.In this paper,the rising trend of labor costs in Henan province and the causes,and the impact of regional economic growth were studied.This paper is mainly divided into the following aspects: the first chapter summarizes the latest research achievements at home and abroad,on the basis of research;the second chapter analyzes the rising labor costs of economic growth mechanism,specific analysis of rising labor costs and mechanism of consumption demand and investment demand,export demand,employment and industrial structure;third the analysis of the status quo of Henan province labor costs,analysis of the status quo of Henan province from three aspects of rising labor wages,social insurance and labor remuneration accounted for the proportion of GDP,and then a detailed analysis of causes of rising labor costs,from the current situation of two of GDP and per capita GDP to measure the economic growth of Henan;the fourth chapter an empirical study on the impact of labor cost and economic growth in Henan,the use of econometric methods to establish the EG two step Co The whole test model,detailed analysis of the rising labor costs affect on the output,consumption demand,investment demand,employment and industrial structure;finally,put forward corresponding countermeasures of Henan province labor costs rose two from the view of government and enterprises.
