| With the continuous development of our country’s economy,increasing the national income per capita,combined with China’s large population base,the ownership of motor vehicles in China is constantly increasing.Is also for this reason,auto insurance premium scale expanded year by year in our country,our country insurance market also gradually with the complete auto insurance rate marketization.At the same time,in response to the third plenary session of the eighteenth,our county from April 1,2015 from April 1,2015 began to deepen reform of commercial auto insurance rates.After the implementation of the reform,the insurance companies begin to adjust business strategy.Relative to the high competitiveness of large property insurance companies,the small and medium-sized insurance property companies to reform has brought more challenges and opportunities.For small and medium-sized insurance companies can better in the face of the reform,the authors of this article for the operation and management of small and medium-sized insurance companies strategy puts forward some suggestions.The first part,this part through the analysis of previous studies,the auto insurance rate marketization can be divided into four stages.First stage at the beginning of the 2003 auto insurance rate marketization,the second stage is the Beijing commercial auto insurance rates for reform at the end of 2009,the third stage is commercial auto insurance rates reforms in Shenzhen in June,2010 and the fourth stage began in April2015 to conduct a comprehensive rate marketization stage.The second part,elaborated the small and medium-sized property insurance companies when dealing with the car insurance rate marketization,are likely to face challenges and opportunities.Small and medium-sized property insurance companies can combine its own advantage and using UBI insurance business scale expanding.At the same time,the auto insurance rate marketization brings to the small and medium-sized property insurance companies such as comprehensive cost rising rate,insufficient management ability,innovation ability,such as claims risk challenge.The third part,through the analysis of the small and medium-sized property insurance company auto insurance premium market share and pay scale after Shenzhen auto insurance rate marketization and Shandong auto insurance rate marketization,it is concluded that small and medium-sized property insurancecompanies after the auto insurance rate marketization operating conditions worse.In the Shenzhen market,small and medium-sized property insurance companies than the smaller of the size of the market.In the Shandong market,small and medium-sized property insurance companies in the absence of a significant increase in market scale,the sharp rise in pay scale.The fourth part,in order to improve the small and medium-sized property insurance companies after the auto insurance rate marketization operating conditions,this paper respectively in the insurance strategies,claim strategies,sales strategies and talent development strategies four aspects gives corresponding countermeasures.Insurance strategies include: principle for insurance policy and refined underwriting terms two parts.Claim strategies include: to improve the insurance service capacity,shape corporate brand and improve the system of auto insurance claims service related measures and management two aspects.Sales strategy include: constructing the systematic promotion system and innovative marketing channels.Talent development strategy including: perfect talent training mechanism and solve the problem of brain drain. |
