China's iron and steel industry have already achieved the world's first production,but in high quality,special steel production and industrial modernization,has long been in a relatively backward state,with the support of the analysis test,sample preparation equipment and industry are in relatively backward step,as sample preparation equipment,generally lagging behind the foreign advanced level,only the production need manual operation of the simple machines,but only a few domestic professional manufacturer engaged in laboratory equipment for R&D and manufacturing.Shannon Nanjing Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Co.Ltd.is the first professional metallurgical laboratory(including physical lab and chemical lab)quick separation system,research,development,production and marketing as one of the national high-tech enterprises,the industry has become the leading companies and brands.After more than ten years of development in the domestic market,the technical advantages of similar imported products are gradually weakened,the price disadvantage gradually highlights,spare parts and maintenance cycle has become a pain point.At the same time,domestic users from the first single to think that the imported equipment imported and domestic each have advantages and disadvantages,especially in decline,steel prices benefit domestic equipment to improve the environment,give priority to the use of domestic equipment has become the choice of most steel enterprises,even began to encourage domestic.So,Shannon,after more than ten years of development,has been accumulated in the field of technology,is facing the equipment upgrading(from single equipment to intelligent composite system,manual/semi-automatic to fully automatic),and the market of imported equipment,production service counter to further standardize the transition to.At this stage the choice of appropriate company development strategy,will be the new challenges facing Shannon company.The main work includes the following aspects:(1)Introduction.Mainly elaborated the topic research background,the research goal,the significance and the method,mainly introduces the research mentality,in order to grasp the basic framework of the paper.(2)The relevant theoretical basis and case analysis.Potter's theory of competitive strategy and competitive differentiation,and the foreign counterparts in the choice of a similar enterprise HERZOG company as a sample for the case analysis,to provide a reference for the study.(3)The general situation of Shannon Corporation and the analysis of the internal and external environment.Firstly,the external environment analysis,five forces model focuses on the application of Potter;and then the internal condition analysis,in the analysis of the resources of the enterprises at the same time,the development of application of SWOT comprehensive analysis of the enterprise,and provide basis for the study of development strategy.(4)The overall strategy of Shannon company.Overall strategy is the direction,mainly to determine the strategic positioning,objectives and patterns.Shannon company's strategic positioning is the design and manufacture of domestic first-class physical and chemical testing laboratory equipment,become the best partner of physical and chemical testing of iron and steel enterprises.The overall goal is to compete with similar international companies within three to five years.Its business model includes product development and production strategy,product marketing strategy and product profitability.(5)Shannon company business strategy.Business strategy is the key,mainly through differentiation and competition to build the core competitiveness.Shannon's core competitiveness is mainly the customer's cognitive advantages,the core technology advantages,price advantages and the advantages of government support.This is the competitive advantage of Shannon.(6)The strategy of Shannon's strategy implementation.Strategic strategy is to ensure that the main marketing,financial,technical research and development and human resources in four ways to ensure that the implementation of the strategy in place.The innovation of the paper is embodied in the overall strategy,mainly in the establishment of Shannon's development orientation,the overall goal setting and business model innovation in three aspects,is the core of the development strategy.
