Development And Application Of Refined Oil Logistics Management System

With the increase of demand for refined oil and the cost of logistics distribution,the importance of information management of refined oil is increasing day by day.To strengthen the management of logistics distribution of petroleum products and optimize the existing system has become one of the important ways for enterprises to improve their competitiveness and save cost.In this paper,we designed the logistics management system of refined oil for Daqing oilfield storage and transportation sales branch company.We analyzed logistics information system of refined oil by using IDEF0 demand analysis method,as well determined the performance indicators and the overall design of the system.According to the business situation of products supply and marketing terminal of refined petroleum,as well in accordance with the principles of practicality,flexibility and safety,we carry out the overall planning and design for the logistics information system.At the same time,we test the system and its on-line application,which can make the system perform the following operations: data acquisition,distribution management,video management,scheduling,basic data management and system management,so as to apply the system to production successfully.With the establishment of information system of logistics management,Daqing oilfield storage and transportation sales company optimized the work flow of refined oil dispatching,improved the level of distribution management,strengthened the monitor of refinement and dispatching of oil,reduced transportation costs effectively,and eliminated the leakage phenomenon in the distribution process,so as to realize the management of logistics distribution of product oil scientifically and effectively.
