The Enlightenment To Contemporary Banking Based On The Research On The Development Trajectory Of Shanxi Draft Banks And Western Banks

The rapid development of Internet finance broke the monopoly position of contemporary banking industry.reviewing the history of ancient Chinese finance,Shanxi draft banks decline with the contemporary banking industry appearing.However,the Western Bank like HSBC and Citibank in the same period with Shanxi draft banks shows strong vitality in the history in the more frustrated situation.Based on the different development trajectories of these financial institutions,this paper starts from the trajectory of the decline of Shanxi draft banks,and places the Shanxi draft banks in the specific historical background,putting forward that the "fault development" of society is the fatal cause of the decline of Shanxi draft banks.Besides,this paper analyzes the reasons why the scholars of different ages have different views on the causes of the decline of Shanxi draft banks,drawing lessons from the wisdom of these scholars.Therefore,From the theoretical analysis of three closely related theories,such as functional equilibrium,reputation balance and organizational innovation.We can conclude that even if Shanxi draft banks did not face the social "fault development",they would fail to maintain the mainstream position in the financial market because of its lack of functional supply,reputation imbalance and organizational innovation.Secondly,this paper makes a systematic comparison among Shanxi Bank,HSBC and Citibank.The study found that Shanxi draft banks was in the "settlement plate" situation of "fault development",but providing inadequate function supply,reputation failure and failure of organizational innovation led to its loss to rise to "rising plate".HSBC,Citibank was good at seizing the opportunity to carry out effective reform in the history,becoming the "rising plate" in the trend of development.Finally,according to China's current specific historical environment,this paper argues that under the background of the current sovereignty of our country,the economic development and the law is becoming more and more perfect,the contemporary banking industry may face the "fault development" in the economic field,Henceforce,to avoid the fate of being marginalized,the modern banking must proceed from their own,conforming to the development trend to protect the supply of financial functions;carrying out business transformation to expand the credibility of the radius;Considering risks and benefits to innovate organizational structure.
