With the improvement of the domestic financial market,The competition a mong the banks is becoming more and more fierce.Due to the impact of the global financial crisis and the overall macroeconomic situation,as well as the i mpact of internet banking in recent years,the overall banking sector is facing a more severe operating pressure.In 2015,the four state-owned banks for the first time in recent years,fell to a low growth rate,with the loss of a large n umber of talents in the system.China's banking industry is facing unprecedent ed difficulties.In 2016,the trend continues.Although default rate has stabilize d,there are still no prominent highlights in the overall operating performance.How to stabilize the downturn of the operation and improve the overall profit,is the most important point of the sustainable development of modern state-o wned banksAs is known to all,the sub-branch is the basic unit of bank system,and is also a direct growth point of bank performance.The performance of bank b ranches is directly related to the overall performance of the bank.In recent ye ars,the head offices of the major state-owned banks have taken a line of busi ness development strategies,and have put in a certain human and material reso urces and financial resources to improve the external decoration,internal operat ion process and other aspects of the bank branches.They want to conform to the trend of the times,and occupy a place in the fierce competition in the Re d Sea.But in recent years,the actual situation is not ideal,especially the bran ches of the state-owned banks.In addition to maintaining a large daily settlem ent business pressures,the branches also seek ways to enhance the original per formance.Joint stock system and city commercial banks' laying of business ou tlets,have made the existing state-owned bank network business undertaken a 1 arger impact.Part of the branches after transformation and upgrading,have im proved the appearance and internal facilities,standardized the reception process,but there is not much performance improvement of them.Some bank branche s even became low yield inefficient outlets,and finally led to the fate of the closure.This thesis is to study the performance promotion strategy of Bank of Chi na branch.The whole structure of this thesis is shown as follows:besides the and the review,the author firstly writes about the basic situation and t he performance of the bank branch,analyzes the main problem of the work pl ace,then takes the PEST model to analyze the external macro environment.A ccording to the relevant issues,the author makes the internal conditional and competitive analysis,and makes analysis of target market and customer orientat ion through STP analysis method.Then the author analyzes the performance i mprovement of the service profit chain based on the theory of delivered value to find out the main problem of the bank branch.At last,the author makes so me suggestions about the performance improvement.
