The survival and development of enterprises require to adapt to the changes and needs of market actively,and require to improve the competitive of products continuously.The mode of IPD management can respond to market demand effectively,under the background of implementation of IPD management mode,it is necessary to research the compensation and performance management mechanism in match with human resources management,to distract staff to meet the change of organization.And through the outstanding cultural fusion such as "learning organization" and "Result for the first" to form cohesive force so as to boost the success of reform and promotion of organization performance.Based on the research of ZZS company's current longitudinal structure of salary and situation of performance management,it is conclusion that both organizations and individuals formulate the annual performance agreement,and decompose performance indicators into layers,each department organizational performance independently and be evaluated by the company decision level.The department staffs are evaluated by the charge of departments,the assessment results are applied to the salary,but also related with the occupation development,training,duty.Since introduction of IPD management mode,did not make any changes to the existing salary and performance management model.For the IPD team members,increase the IPD mode is a kind of organizational form,just add one more leadership to distribute task.Therefore,in this paper,the characteristics of management and salary performance theory based on IPD model are analyzed,combined with the salary and the status of performance management of ZZS company to design the IPD mode of salary and performance management mechanism effectively through the application of salary theory,performance theory and combination of organizational behavior theory,incentive theory and the idea of opportunity cost and Pareto Theory in management economics and so on.
