Along with China's bank card industry and the rapid development of bank information,ATM?CDT and other equipment as the carrier of the self-service bank has gradually become a domestic commercial bank extension network,shaping the brand,an important means of customer service.Self-service transactions will gradually replace the bank network transactions,a modern commercial bank for customer service mainstream channels.In recent years,Zhejiang Rural Credit Union to increase the development of self-service bank,to provide our clients with convenient and efficient service.But we see that self-service bank in the benefits to customers and bank at the same time,we must see the high cost,low efficiency and operational changes in service attributes that self-service bank invests,so self-service banking management model needs to change.Self-service bank's future operating efficiency,operating costs,management level and profitability will directly determine the level of its core competitiveness of the level.Zhejiang Rural Credit Union self-service bank has many problems in the network layout,resource allocation,operation and management,greatly restricting the effectiveness of self-service bank to play.This paper will take Changxing Rural Commercial Bank as an example,study the construction of Changxing Rural Commercial Bank self-service bank and the problems of the development and operation.This paper aims to study the Changxing Rural Commercial Bank self-service bank channel construction program and the problems in the self-service banking channel development and operation,for its self-service banking channel development planning,operation and management solutions and construction strategies,so that self-service bank will become the channel of Zhejiang Rural Credit Union to improve service levels,reduce operating costs,make up for inadequate network,set up a corporate image of the bank business.
