Small and micro enterprises play a decisive role in the construction of the national economy,but they are also faced in financial difficulties.At the same time,with the financial disintermediation and accelerating process of market interest rates,commercial Banks are also faced the problem of shrinking capacity of deposit and loan.So it is essential to research the small credit business of commercial bank for the development of both banks and enterprises.The research of the paper starts from the credit situation of the small and micro enterprises and the theory of the relationship lending,concluding that relationship lending is corresponds to small and micro enterprise's credit.Then analyze the ptactice of domestic and international of relational loan.After material searching and summarizing,Which is of great significance to the relational loan model of some commercial banks in our country,Then the paper emphatically analyzes the case of pattern of relationship lending—Zhejiang Mintai Commercial Bank.Finally,this paper put forward six relative suggestions after analysing its basic situation?credit's management process ? business characteristics ? potential danger and responding measures and after taking examples by the experience from American Community Banks:insisting the market orientation,completing the manager system of customers,broadening the strategic scope of banking business,strengthening the cooperation with relevant institutions,establishing the relational loan exit mechanism.The innovation of this article lies:firstly,the novel idea,This paper focus on the perspective of commercial bank,and analyze the typical case,manifesting the combination of theory and practice,and also more targeted.Second innovation embodied in the research is the point of view,this paper argues that though the small and medium-sized financial institutions engaged in relational lending have more advantages,but in the current economic environment,large commercial Banks can also participate in it through outsourcing and other forms to expand the market of relational lending,to achieve the economies of scale.The deficiency of this paper lies in: first,because the time of our country divided small and medium-sized enterprises into micro,small and medium enterprises is relatively short,so maybe there are some unknown or incomplete official data.Secondly,because of the limited knowledge reserved,therefore this paper maybe exist misunderstandings.
