Research On Competitiveness Of International Project Contracting Enterprises Based On Dynamic Capability Theory

In recent years,"the Belt and Road" initiative brings more opportunities to our international project contracting enterprises for their rapid development,these enterprises also make a great progress by their continuous efforts.But these enterprises must confront the international market full of changes and fierce competition.How to maintain and enhance their competitiveness is a serious problem waiting for these enterprises to consider.At the same time,the varieties of external environments not only remind lots of scholars to pay attention to resources and capabilities belonging to enterprises,but also remind them to emphasize the resources and capabilities’ upgrade and promotion.Under these circumstances,Dynamic capability theory is frequently used to analyze enterprise competitiveness by different areas scholars.In this situation,Dynamic Capability Theory which is based to analyze international project contracting enterprises’ competitiveness is educed firstly,and then paper introduces the current developing status of these enterprises briefly to find out the problems which are restricting to their improvement of competitiveness,after that,paper make a detailed analysis of the reasons which lead to these problems from the Dynamic Capability views.Finally,the paper choose some outstanding international contractors as examples to help paper propose relative suggestions to improve the level of enterprise competitiveness.
