Research On Performance Evaluation Of Strategic Alliance Of Industrial Technology Innovation

With the development of economy and the advent of knowledge economy era,the role of technological innovation for economic develop is more and more important,but also attracted the attention of government,enterprises and the public.Although the number of strategic alliance of industrial technology innovation in China has increased year by year,but their development time is short,mostly in the initial stage of development,and there is a big gap between the developed countries,therefore,for the industrial technology innovation alliance operating mechanism and operational performance evaluation To be in-depth study and practice.The operational mechanism of the alliance has a great effect on maintaining the stability and sustainability of the alliance,and the operational performance evaluation of the alliance provides the direction for the improvement of the alliance.This paper will study and analyze the operation mechanism of industrial technological innovation,and construct a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system to provide reference for the development and improvement of the alliance.This paper first summarizes the relevant literatures on the performance evaluation of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance.Through comparison with industrial cluster,strategic alliance and alliance,it is concluded that the essence of industrial technology innovation alliance is the deepening of the alliance of production and research,and its organizational mechanism is more perfect,To meet the industrial development and business innovation needs.Then,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the operating mechanism of the alliance,and establishes the influencing factors model of the alliance operation performance according to the analysis of the literature and the analysis of the operational mechanism,thus establishing the system performance evaluation index system.Then,the weight of the index system is determined by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process.Finally,evaluating the performance evaluation of daily industrial and architectural ceramics industry by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method.The research of this paper constructs the operational performance evaluation index system which is suitable for the initial development of the alliance.This research can be used to evaluate the development of the strategic alliance of industrial technology innovation and help the alliance managers to understand the performance of the alliance.Union operation process of the existing problems,and thus the scientific proposed improvement measures.At the same time,because the industrial technology innovation alliance in China's development time is short,the theoretical research on the Union is also very small,this study is only a preliminary study of the performance evaluation of the Union,may be very inadequate in all aspects,with the alliance gradually mature Union-related research should also be more in-depth.
