| In the face of the complex and changeable market competition environment and the rapid development of the tire testing equipment industry,the supplier of the tire testing equipment must rapidly response the changeable requirements,and also supply the customers the testing equipment as early as possible under the premise of ensuring quality.It is one of the effective methods to improve the R&D project quality and speed for small and medium-sized enterprises.G company is a tire testing equipment R&D and manufacturing small and medium-sized enterprises,but G company's traditional R&D project management model has been unable to meet the rapidly changing market requirements.This paper is based on the research of the content and methods of G company's K testing equipment R&D project agile transformation,It is a very important significance for G company and other small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in tire testing equipment R&D projects.Through the research of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper summarizes the influence factors of the agile transformation.Combined with the traditional R&D management model for the development of the G company R test equipment project,the problem of the lack of agility,a comprehensive reorganization of the K test equipment may affect the agility of all the elements of the transformation.The company has set up K test equipment project agile transformation team to assist the K test equipment R&D project for completing the agile transformation.Using Delphi method to confirm the main key elements of agile transformation of G company's K testing equipment R&D project,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze the importance of each element and sub element(Transformation measures).According to the importance order of sub elements,the K project of G company is targeted to implement the agile transformation.This paper compares the differences between the research and development projects before and after the agile transformation. |
