Research On The Synergy Cluster And Effect Of Strategic Emerging Industry Based On Service Industry

Under the background of the era of transformation from industrial economy to service economy,on the one hand,the development of service industry cluster has become an important way to achieve economic growth in all countries and regions,on the other hand,the transformation and upgrading of the industry and the increasing pressure of resources and environment make the strategic emerging industry become a new economic growth point.So,will the service industry which has achieved cluster to some degree have impact on the centralizedlayout of the strategic emerging industry?Producer service industry provides labor reservoir,professional service and information sharing to attract the layout of strategic emerging industry through input-output relationship.Consumer service industry improves the residents’happiness index to attract high-quality labor inflow,decrease human capital outflow,promote the labor productivity improvement and innovation ability spark to promote strategic emerging industry cluster indirectly by providing superior service life,reducing the cost of living,improving the living environment and quality of life.Besides,the coordination of the internal agglomeration of service industry makes great contributions to the cluster of strategic emerging industry.Based on the theoretical analysis of the impact of service industry agglomeration on strategic emerging industry cluster,the essay calculates the location entropy of strategic emerging industry and service industry as well as the two co-agglomeration coefficient by applying the relevant data of 30 provinces in 2003-2011 in the East,Mid and West.The results show that the cluster degree ofservice industry is higher than that of strategic emerging industry in the East,Mid and West;agglomeration level of strategic emerging industry in the East is higher than that in the Mid and West;but the layout of strategic emerging industry itself appears different diffusion in two major areas.In the service industry,the cluster degree of producer service industry in the eastern region is higher than that of life service industry,and the agglomeration of life service industry in the Mid and West is stronger than that of the producer service industryfrom the beginning of 2004;the synergy agglomeration of strategic emerging industry and service industry in the eastern region decreases than rises slowly;while the relevent numbers show that synergy agglomeration in the Mid and West falls statically.The empirical results show that strategic emerging industry cluster has obvious path dependence in the East,Mid and West,synergistic agglomeration of producer service and strategic emerging industry has hysteresis effect;the improvement of lagged producer service industry agglomeration has positive effect on strategic emerging industrial cluster in the East,which is higher than that in the Mid and West.The agglomeration degree of producer service industry has negative relationship with strategic emerging industry cluster degree in the same time.The lag and the same period of life service industry cluster have promoted the development of strategic emerging industry cluster,and this promoting role is continuously increasing.The promotion effect in the Mid and West is greater than hindering effect of the producer service agglomeration on strategic emerging industry cluster caused by resource competition.The eastern region has realized the co-agglomeration of internal service industry,and the promotion on strategic emerging industry’s cluster layout is greater than the hindering effect in the same period of producer service on strategic emerging industry cluster due to resource competition.However,in the Mid and West,the service industry’s internal collaboration level is relatively low,and the collaborative layout of two service industries is still in the initial stage and the structure is not reasonable enough which has no influence on the strategic emerging industry cluster.In the overall,the service industry cluster promotes the development of strategic emerging industry cluster and then achieve the collaborative layout of two industries in the East,Mid and West.Besides,the co-agglomeration of service industry and strategic emerging industry in the eastern region promotes regional economic growth,and the economic growth effect of agglomeration between producer service industry and strategic emerging industry is greater than that of living service industry and strategic emerging industry,however,the collaborative cluster between two service industries has no effect on economic growth.In the Mid and West,due to the low cluster level of service industry and strategic emerging industry,the synergy cluster between them is still in the primary stage leading to the blindness and disorder of layout which hinders the economic growth to some extent.Finally,according to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward some policy recommendations for the development of service industry cluster and strategic emerging industry cluster.For one thing,setting up reasonable industrial planning to improve the cluster level of producer service,life service and strategic emerging industries.For another,focusing on the reasonablity and orderly of collaborative layout between service industry and strategic emerging industry,as well as producer service and life service industry.Besides,we should optimize the market environment and policy environment to guarantee the rational allocation of resources in the service industry and strategic emerging industry which is good for cooperative cluster of two industries.
