Study On Cotton Quality Management In Shandong Province

Shandong is the second largest traditional cotton planting province,rank only after Xinjiang.But over the past decade,the planting area has decreased year by year,while Shandong exposed its disadvantages of cotton quality in fiber consistency,grade,and unusual fiber content.These factors severely affected cotton sales prices and peasants' enthusiasm of planting.Therefore,improving the cotton quality management method,forming a standardized management system,expanding the management level of practitioners are the important aspects this paper will cover.Main content and conclusions are as follows:First of all,through the analysis of the statistical results of the new system of cotton notarization,it is concluded that Shandong Province's cotton is below the national average quality and most of the cotton produced in Shandong are medium quality,with larger deviation of Micronaire Value and poor Ginning Quality.Thereinto,Color Grade,Ginning Quality,Length is located in the national average level.Breaking Tenacity and Length Uniformity Index are better than before,which has been improved obviously in recent years.Micronaire Value is the short board of Shandong cotton.The deviation of C grade is too large,the fineness and maturity are great,which affects the spinnability of the whole cotton.In short,the overall quality of cotton in Shandong is very poor,and there has been a marked decline in recent years.At present,the cotton quality management problems of production organization of production and circulation of cotton fiber consistency is poor,unstable,high grade,anisotropic fiber content processing of early processing quality loss is serious.Effect cotton quality level of factors main including the natural conditions,production process,market supervision and industrial policies.The causes of the problem are not only the objective environment,such as natural conditions,abrupt meteorological disasters and pests,including human factors,such as improper management in the production process of breeding,field management,harvesting management,sales process,defects and market supervision,industry policy environment system.Through the SCP analysis method,that is market structure-market conduct-marketperformance paradigm,in-depth study of the relationship between industrial structure and cotton quality behavior,quality performance.The cotton industry structure has low market concentration,low barriers to entry,current situation of small scale;market behavior in cotton farmers for production management,acquisition of middlemen fold,textile processing enterprises do not regulate the production,the product quality standards,reduce income,influence the reproduction of next year cotton the quality of performance;reduce the reverse incentive to improve the quality of cotton planting.Finally,the paper puts forward to strengthen the management of cotton quality,establish the cotton quality management system,and standardize the behavior of each link in the cotton industry chain.Construction of cotton quality management system to the quality assurance system for cotton on cotton quality credit system as a guide,the cotton quality inspection system for supervision,formed from the cotton planting to the comprehensive quality management of textile processing enterprises long-term mechanism.
