Modern business competition is the customer's competition. As the world economic integration trend of increasing, our country commercial bank management environment and management idea is undergoing significant changes. Domestic commercial banks are faced with strong impact of the foreign commercial bank. In Chinese commercial banks,joint-stock banks with a flexible business strategy, and actively develop new business and constantly improve the business, in terms of profit growth, far off the state-owned banks.State-owned commercial banks in China to the survival and development in the fierce market competition, must firmly establish a "customer-centric" business philosophy, and constantly improve the customer satisfaction, to create a harmonious silver guest relations of cooperation, fully meet the needs of the customers deeply, multifaceted, to continuously improve the core competitiveness of the state-owned commercial banks in China.Based on J bank S sub-branch as the research object, through draw lessons from the domestic commercial bank service quality evaluation method,on the basis of reference literature, through the questionnaire and withdraw, investigating the actual situation of J bank S sub-branch, to know your customers of J bank S sub-branch real evaluation of service quality, analysis its problems in terms of quality of service. Finally, in view of existing problems, and optimize the environment of business hall, shift to the financial product marketing strategy,to speed up the optimization of bank service level,improve service efficiency and improve customer complaints feedback mechanism and so on service quality of J bank S sub-branch. Hope that through this article research, can help J bank S sub-branch improve service quality to strengthen market position, and can provide a good reference for other banks.
