Land is essential for the survival and development of human resources and the source of wealth.Scientific and effective land use zoning is an important guarantee for the efficient and sustainable utilization of regional land resources.It plays a guiding role in coordinating regional coordinated development and is also an important starting point for regional poverty alleviation and development.Based on the theory of land use zoning and the policy of targeted poverty alleviation,this paper uses the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis to analyze the similarity index and the difference index of the natural environment condition,socioeconomic condition,land use characteristic and poverty alleviation development level of Mangshi,Specific evaluation indicators are selected from the four aspects of ecological and environmental conditions,social and economic conditions,land resources and land use structure,poverty alleviation and development,to build a scientific and feasible land use zoning comprehensive evaluation index system,in addition,the land use pattern of Mangshi is divided into four land use regions by hierarchical clustering method,namely: ? low mountain basin area in northeast,? middle and low valley in southeast,? low mountain basin in southwest and ? middle and low mountain area in northwest.And put forward the regional land resources utilization and poverty alleviation and development of the coordinated development of the system,beyond that also provide a useful reference for the development and utilization of land poverty alleviation in Mangshi and similar areas.This paper is divided into four parts: The first part,the theory of land-use zoning extraction,to provide theoretical basis for the study.The second part,based on the poverty alleviation and development of land use zoning index system construction and method selection.The third part is an empirical study on land use zoning based on poverty alleviation and development in Mangshi,Yunnan.The fourth part,the countermeasure and measure system to realize the development and utilization of land poverty alleviation.
