| In the global economic environment,C hina has not been able to rely on exports to stimulate economic growth in order to maintain sustained economic growth. The enduring policy of stimulating economic growth needs to be achieved by expanding domestic demand. The social security system is an important means to adjust the income level of different income groups, and social security is not only an instrument to promote social justice and maintain social stability, but also an important means to guide people’s consumption and stimulate domestic demand. Therefore, the research on the impact mechanism of social security on consumption is of great significance to further expand domestic demand and maintain economic growth.Based on the difference of economic level, cultural environment and policy system between urban and rural areas, this paper focuses on the impact of social security on the consumption of rural areas in Western china. In order to get rid of the limitations of the traditional regression method on structural data research, this paper adopts the farmer tracking data from 2006 to 2010,and uses the Multilevel Growth Model to analyze and model. In the construction of Multilevel Growth Model, this paper also examines two factors, one for the consumption level changes with the development of time, the factors of this change in the individual variation. In this paper,we use five chapters to study the impact of social security on Western consumption. The first chapter is an introduction, the first part describes the research background and significance of the problem, followed by analysis of the domestic and international research trends, and finally explains the research methods and innovations. The second chapter mainly introduces the current situation of social security and its economic theory of consumer behavior. The chapter part is based on the research data, this paper introduces the social security and consumption status of honghe. In the fourth chapter, the theory of Multilevel Model is introduced in detail, and the relevant data representing the economic level, social security situation and family structure of farmers are cited. The Multilevel Growth Model is constructed by using the per capita consumption expenditure of farmers’ families as explanatory variables. In the process of building model, the first to test the hierarchical structure of the data. After passing the test, the final Multilevel Growth Model is established by gradually introducing the explanatory variables and removing the variables that are not significant. In the process of model estimation, the advantages and disadvantages of Multilevel Growth Model and O LS regression are compared. The results show that the fitting effect of Multilevel Growth Model is better. In the last chapter, according to the model of the final construction, the paper analyzes the impact of farmers ’economic level, social security situation and family structure on the initial level of farmers’ consumption and the rate of change with time. Finally, according to the result of analysis thought for stimulation in the western region of rural residents’ consumption level. |
