| The new line of research in Human Resource Management that is centered on the integration of Environmental Management(EM)into Human Resource Management(HRM)practices and policies stems from the increasing need for the combination of these forces to create Green Human Resource Management Initiatives(Green HRM Initiatives).This calls for the pooling together of a team of resources and energy from both groups where hitherto they worked independently.The new proposition calls for a united force also in the entities’research in a terrain where their efforts are interconnected to result in a Sustainable Ecosystem(Green Environment).This research looks into the existing literature to unveil and acknowledge the key part that Green Human Resource Management(GHRM)plays in the financial performance of an organization.It reveals an understanding of how GHRM practices imprint organization’s motivation and efforts to be actively engaged in environmentally sustainable activities.The research is as a result of limited research in the area of maximization of GHRM benefits toward the financial position of a commercial organization. |
