Since 2012,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council began to promote the implementation of the pilot illness insurance system,serious illness insurance has been the focus of attention of the community.In recent years,serious illness insurance in the country to obtain great development,in July 2015,serious illness insurance has been transferred from the pilot phase to the full implementation of the stage,as of the end of 2016 has been basically achieved full coverage.But whether the illness insurance system running effect,urban and rural residents on the satisfaction issues such as how to be empirical research,and the current research and analysis of domestic is still relatively small,so this paper select the representative area of Beijing as the main research object of the insured,the insured person based on the perspective of research,analysis of the factors of urban and rural residents' satisfaction the illness insurance system and influence,and then according to the results of the survey analysis,according to the investigation of the problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,provide data support for the government to improve the social medical security system.The survey was carried out from three aspects: first,to investigate the influence of the basic information of individual(family)on the satisfaction of serious illness insurance.The two is to investigate the extent to which the insured is aware of the serious illness insurance,as well as the way of understanding and the recognition of the role of the serious illness insurance.The three is to investigate the satisfaction of the insured to the policy of serious illness insurance,to provide data basis for the improvement of the serious illness insurance system.The survey in Beijing city residents,to carry out market research through Internet survey,questionnaires and field interviews to obtain data,and the data collected were analyzed with the Logistic model.According to the results of the investigation and empirical analysis of the results of analysis showed that the significant factors affecting the insured for illness insurance satisfaction are the main cultural degree,family health,family medical expenditure,serious illness insurance role recognition,financing,reimbursement,reimbursement,reimbursement procedures,handling capacity and service attitude.Finally,the analysis results based on the survey data,this article from the way of financing,reimbursement,handling services,policy propaganda put forward opinions and suggestions in four aspects,to further improve the serious illness insurance policy,improve the satisfaction of the insured illness insurance.
