The Opportunities And Challenges Of The Chinese Women Entrepreneurs Under The Background Of The "Mass Entrepreneurship And Innovation" Politics

The evolution of women's status and family relations is part of Marx's historical materialism theory.In his later years,Engels formed a scientific idea of women's liberation in the process of investigating the ancient society in order to perfect the theory of historical materialism.Seen from the root,the birth of private ownership and class oppression are the ultimate causes of oppression of women.It is because women are divorced from social work,which causes them,like all private goods.to be in a subordinate position,enslaved and controlled.Therefore,the liberation of women is on the premise of the great development of productive forces,the progress of which reduces women's heavy housework and makes them able to engage in more social work.In reality,the degree of women's liberation has become a criterion of a society's progress.Under the background of the Internet era,the great development of productive forces of the industrial society not only provides the historical prerequisite for the emancipation of women,but also creates new opportunities for the women to start their own businesses to achieve economic independence.At present,there are obvious gender characteristics in the motivation and leadership style of Chinese women's entrepreneurship.These characteristics are not only the unique features of women entrepreneurs,but also their significant advantage.From the perspective of gender differences,the thesis studies the major female social groups,such as private entrepreneurs,college students,the laid-off workers and internet celebrities,so as to discover the current practical difficulties of women's entrepreneurship.The dilemma manifested in the policy environment is that there is a phenomenon of female marginalization or segregation in the formulation of national policies.In the case of the education training,the construction lags behind the flourishing of women's entrepreneurship.Generally speaking,women's businesses are predominately smaller enterprises.In addition,social environment is not conducive to women's entrepreneurship,which is mainly reflected in women's dual identity between society and family.In view of these practical difficulties,combined with the gender characteristics of women's entrepreneurship,the thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote women's entrepreneurship.In terms of policy support,the state should follow the example of some developed countries to put the decision-making of women's entrepreneurship into the top-level design,strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship education,build sound incubator clusters,and promote the perfection of the ecological system of the Internet electronic business.In social environment aspect,the state should implement the process of housework socialization,and enhance the supporting role of women organizations,especially the Women's Federations.Since the introduction of the policy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",Women's Federations have been playing an important role in platform establishment,training services and public opinion environment,and are also important pushing hands for women's entrepreneurship.
