Study On The Relationship Between Water Environment Quality And Economic Development In Nansi Lake Basin

With the continuous development of the economy of the Nansi Lake Basin,the water quality of the basin had undergone significant changes.Based on the data of water environment and economic development in the Nansi Lake Basin from 2001 to 2015,this paper analyzed the trends of typical pollutant emissions and economic development,and established the evaluation index system of water environment-economy coordinated development in Nansi Lake Basin.Based on the theory of principal component analysis and the theory of environment-economy coordination degree,the water environment-economic system coordination model of Nansi Lake Basin was established,and the change of water environment-economic system coordination degree in Nansi Lake Basin was analyzed.Finally,based on the empirical analysis of the environmental Kuznets curve,the relationship between water environment quality and economic development in Nansi Lake Basin was disclosed,and the suggestion of coordinated development of water environment and economy based on the research results was put forward.The main study results were as follows.(1)The discharge of domestic wastewater in Nansi Lake Basin was lower than that of industrial waste water from 2001 to 2011,and exceeded the discharge of industrial wastewater after 2011,becoming the main source of water pollution in Nansi Lake Basin.Domestic sewage discharges show a growing trend,while industrial wastewater emissions was increasing in 2001-2010,and began to gradually reduce after 2010.(2)From 2001 to 2015,the coordination degree of water environment and economy in Jining City changed from primary to senior coordination,which was in the coordinated development level.The coordination degree of water environment and economic development in Zaozhuang varied from the intermediate coordinatio n to the senior coordination,and then deteriorated to the brink of imbalance,and finally returned to the high-level coordination in recent years,showing a V type of change trend;water environment-economic development coordination in Heze City underwent an inverted V type of change process,which varied from mild imbalance period to the brink of coordination,and then went back to the state of mild disorder.(3)Compared with the economic development and water environment quality curves of Jining,Zaozhuang and Heze,it can be seen that the coordination degree of water environment-economic system in Jining and Zaozhuang is obviously higher than that in Heze City.In recent years,the economic development in Heze City is very rapid,resulting in rapid decline in water quality and increased water pollution discharge.The relationship between water environment and economic development was economic priority,and water environment lag type.(4)In the empirical analysis of environmental Kuznets curves of per capital environmental indicators and per capital GDP,there was only one single curve that fitting a significant inverted "U" curve that is the curve of the relationship between industrial wastewater discharge and per capital GDP,and the turning point of industrial wastewater discharge appeared when the per capital GDP reached $4832.29,in the year of 2012.The relationship between i ndustrial COD and ammonia emissions and per capital GDP showed a downward trend with the economic growth.(5)Domestic wastewater discharge showed an upward trend with the increase of per capital GDP,and the corresponding emission of ammonia nitrogen was also on the rise.Domestic wastewater emissions and living ammonia emissions were currently in the first half of the environmental Kuznets curve and have not reached the inflection pointyet.But if effective control measures were not taken in time,the water environment quality of Nansi Lake Basin would be seriously harmed.
