With the development of e-commerce,increasing variety of product,increasing demand for uncertainty,customers' requirement on distribution is higher and higher.On the other hand,the rapid growth of the demand of order delivery,the dispersion of the order delivery region,the demand for orders tend to multi-species,small batch of the problem.But the current problems are difficult to be solved by the distribution system of the existing enterprise.Therefore,more and more enterprises solve the dilemma by optimization of the distribution systems to reduce distribution costs and improve customers' satisfaction.Domestic and foreign scholars are basically studying by considering the order characteristics or multiple constraints to optimize the distribution system.This paper optimize the distribution system by studying the regional classification of orders to reduce distribution costs and improve the level of distribution services to meet the diverse needs of customers.Based on the actual market environment of Y enterprise as the research background,with Y enterprise as the research subject,to study the optimization of the distribution system for Y enterprise.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation of domestic and foreign scholars' research for the distribution system under consider the order characteristics and multiple constraints and research approach.Secondly,it summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge of the paper,including city distribution,order region classification,BFD algorithm,clustering algorithm,clustering-constraint satisfaction algorithm,which paves the way for Y enterprise research and analysis.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of Y enterprise distribution through the analysis of Y enterprise and Y enterprise's distribution situation in Beijing City and put forward the problems and solutions of the distribution system.The problem in the distribution System are packing and vehicle scheduling,optimization of these two issues can bring Y enterprise big economic benefits.Then,the paper studies the Y enterprise distribution plan by considering the regional classification of the order,sets up the model of packing problem and vehicle scheduling problem,and uses the BFD algorithm and the clustering-constraint satisfaction algorithm to obtain the vehicle distribution solution for TL and LTL(less than truckload).Finally,using the algorithm designed in this paper to design the historical order distribution plan,using visual studio 2015 and spss tools to solve the vehicle distribution plan for TL and LTL program and verified the optimization results of distribution system.Comparise between the old and new distribution plan of Y enterprise to proves the correctness of the new distribution plan,and it has practical reference value for the improvement of the original distribution plan of Y enterprise.
