With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China,some villages in the suburbs of urban areas are affected by the economic development of cities and towns,the speed of non-agricultural transfer of villages gradually accelerating,the resident population gradually reduced,and the rural construction land occupied by the peak population is idle,The problem of rural hollowing will intensify.The hollowing out of rural areas not only destroys the living environment of rural areas,but also causes the two-way waste of land resources,which hinders the sustainable utilization of rural land resources and the sustainable development of rural economy and society.In China to promote the construction of new rural areas,it has become the primary problem.With the industrialization of China and the rapid development of urbanization,some villages in the suburbs of urban areas are affected by the economic development of the cities and towns,the rate of non-agricultural transfer of villages gradually accelerating,the resident population gradually reduced,leading to the phenomenon of hollow population,and by the hollow of the population gradually transformed into land,industry and infrastructure and other rural areas hollow,which produced a large number of "hollow village".The hollowing out of rural areas is a common phenomenon in the development of rural man-land relationship in the process of urban and rural development,which has become an important problem in advancing the construction of new rural information in the new period.Based on ArcGIS Engine and.NET platform technology,this paper builds a hollow village information system in urban suburbs using C/S mode and C#language.According to user needs,it provides two functional modules for hollow village data analysis and village management.The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the related technology(ArcGIS component technology,COM component and.NET platform,spatial data engine technology and buffer analysis technology)related to the development of the hollow village information system in the urban suburbs,and designs and systematically develops the hollow village information system.(2)Based on the design principle of the database,this paper uses the SQL Server 2008+ ArcSDE10 spatial data engine to construct the urban suburb of the hollow village database according to the database construction process.The object-oriented data model Geodatabase will be used in an open form to hollow the village data Spatial data(such as vectors,rasters,images,etc.)and their attribute data stored in the database management system.(3)In view of the characteristics of the hollow village,combined with expert consultati-on and related literature,using the analytic hierarchy process,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of the comprehensive improvement of the hollow village in the urban suburbs;Using ArcGIS Engine the class and interface of buffer analysis,through the C#language to achieve the function of the new village site;Based on the analysis model of rural population and residential land use change degree,the elastic coefficient of change is calculated and visualized,and the evolution law of regional system of rural man-land relationship is revealed;Using the GWP model to calculate and visualize the driving force of the main control factor in the hollow village,revealing the spatial dissimilarity of the driving factors of the hollow village;Based on the needs of rural internal management,the village management subsystem builds an information platform with administrative and internal management functions,which improves the efficiency of management.
