Design And Implementation Of Integrated Service System For Order Management In Pharmaceutical Enterprises

With the rapid development of pharmaceutical e-commerce throughout the world in recent years, the pharmaceuticale-commerce of our country has closely kept up with the international pace of development, pushed the layout of pharmaceutical related industries and entered the field of e-commerce from all layers, it also pulled the pharmaceutical e-commerce share in proportion to the national field of pharmacy. The rapid development of pharmaceutical e-commerce promotes upgrading and transformation of conventional pharmaceutical industry and the development of modern service industry. Further development of the conventional pharmaceutical companies will rely on years of good reputation and excellent quality assurance, with a starting point of the user's way of thinking and getting closer to the end consumer by means of the Internet and establishing a best bridge of communication to enhance the market activity and influence of industry development.This thesis is based on practical problems which were encountered in the construction of e-commerce of Tasly group and research feasibility from a wide range of economic and technology.Then, it analyzes the existing business processes and organizes new business processes and identifies business pain points, then vertically segment each business through object-oriented perspective, thus detailed design the procedural process of system , each functional module, database design, and some other content.Finally,it will implement B/S mode's omnichannel order management system by the use of J2EE technological architecture, MyBatis framework, Redis technology,Mysql database, and WebServices technology and finish a functional test on the integrity of this system. Furthermore, this system establishes data exchanges and business processes with ERP,CRM,WMS in the internal pharmaceutical group,and on the basis of not affecting by the company's existing internal business processes to achieve rapid joint with third-party electronic business platform and the function of seamless connection with external order .Through actual test and use this system,it general conforms to the design requirements and meets the demand of customers, then it reaches the purposes of daily management for the Group to the orders.
