Research On Development Mechanism And Performance Evaluation Of Ecological Agriculture

Since the reform and opening up,China's economic development level has been huge.However,"San Nong" issue highlighted,food safety issue and pollution problems gradually be taken seriously.The existence of these problems,which restrict the further development of our social economy.Finding an effective solution to the "San Nong"issue,ensure food security,improve the ecological environment,so as to realize sustainable development of agriculture,we must take the road of ecological agriculture,which is the inevitable road of development of modern agriculture.In order to facilitate future development of eco-agriculture in China more reasonable.In this paper,guided by the ecological agriculture theory,combining the theory of ecological economics,sustainable development theory,the circulation economic theory,according to the situation of the development of ecological agriculture in our country at present stage,analyzes the mechanism of the development of ecological agriculture in China,and the ecological agriculture performance is evaluated.In the analysis of development mechanism,this paper defined the concept of the development mechanism,,and design the mechanism framework for development,expounds the development mechanism of internal correlation,and finally analyzes the restricting factors of development mechanism.Ecological agriculture development mechanism is more than one subject,it is acomplex system,which is made up of several parts,including investment mechanism,the scale management mechanism,technology innovation and promotion mechanism,environmental protection mechanism,incentive mechanism,etc.,restrict each other and influence each other between the elements.In the department of performance evaluation of the,this paper construct the performance evaluation index system of eco-agricultural.On the the basis of previous research,this paper using frequency analysis to select the frequently used indicators as parameters are.Using the analytic hierarchy process,classified the level and calculate the weights,and finally using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate.Evaluation result shows that:economic and social benefits raise more significant between 1994-2013,but the development of eco-efficiency stagnant,and it was at a relatively low level,which makes the comprehensive benefit improved slowly.Therefore,to further improve the comprehensive benefit,while maintaining steady growth in economic benefit and social benefit,should emphasis on improvement of eco-efficiency,strengthen the construction of ecological environment protection.This paper defines the development mechanism,analysis internal correlation of development mechanism,,and based on the country's data in 1994-2013 for performance evaluation,so as to analyze the dynamic change of ecological agriculture development in our country,which is the less in domestic institute at present,is a good supplement for the study of ecological agriculture.Finally,this paper,based on the analysis of these two parts,and combining the problems existing in the development of ecological agriculture in our country,put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
