With the continuous development of economic globalization and internationalization,competition is getting more and more intense.Competition between one supply chain and another has gradually become the new normal form of competition instead of competition between one enterprise and another in this age.The essential prerequisite for the core enterprise to establish an effective supply chain is to evaluate and select appropriate supply chain partners and build cooperation relationships with them.When it comes to the problem of supply chain partner evaluation and selection,it is necessary to see that evaluation precedes selection which means only by accurate and objective assessment of partner candidates can the core enterprise selection appropriate partners to build a successful supply chain.Therefore,an effective and scientific method must be applied to evaluate partner candidates.As supply chain management continuously develops,experts and scholars are putting more and more emphasis on supply chain partner evaluation,the result of which even determines the success of a supply chain.Given that,in this paper,a research on supply chain partner evaluation based on data envelopment analysis is made.Data Envelopment Analysis,as a multiple criteria decision making tool,can effectively address the problem of supply chain partner evaluation which is a multiple criteria decision making problem.In previous studies of partner assessment based on DEA,different evaluation indexes are usually regarded as either inputs or outputs.However,some special indexes simultaneously play the role of inputs and outputs which means such indexes are inputs as well as outputs.Based on this,given the assumption that the type of data is deterministic,a DR-CCR model for the evaluation of partner candidates is established,and then the corresponding game cross-efficiency model which can better reflect the real efficiency of the partner candidates is developed based on the DR-CCR model.Moreover,considering the fact that the type of data in real life situations is usually imprecise rather than deterministic,an IDR-CCR model with weigh constraints for the evaluation of partner candidates is established by building the optimal reference sets given the assumption that the type of data is interval,and then the corresponding game cross-efficiency model which can better reflect the real efficiency of the partner candidates is established based on the IDR-CCR model.Finally,for better illustration of the models and methods proposed in this paper,an evaluation index system is constructed,based on which the applications of the methods and models are made given deterministic and interval data respectively,and the results are analyzed.
