Research On The Impact Mechanism Of Unequal Distribution Inequality On Income Growth And Poverty Reduction

Poverty is a subject that is closely watched around the world.The elimination of poverty is a common task facing all the countries in the world,and it is also a major issue in the current economic development of all countries.China as the largest developing country in the world,the problem of poverty is inevitable.The poor people in the developed countries are mainly concentrated in the cities,and the poor people in China are mainly distributed in the countryside.Chinese in poverty reduction has made great achievements,some have tended to reduce the reform success factors of poverty,has contributed to the structural changes in the economy,many new challenges in the field of the fight against poverty and in the process.Chinese rapid economic growth,but economic growth brought about by a slowdown in the pace of poverty reduction,at the same time,the distribution of income inequality within rural China was deteriorating,it is necessary to reasonable and effective poverty alleviation policy in the new situation.Therefore,the study of income growth and income distribution effect on poverty reduction in rural areas,in the two different periods of rural poverty reduction effect of size,to formulate poverty reduction measures effectively,and achieve the goal of poverty reduction in rural areas as soon as possible is very important.The topic of poverty theory and Research on anti poverty theory will be helpful in this paper,the transformation of China's economy and society,the adjustment of industrial structure under the background of income growth and income distribution effect on poverty reduction in rural areas,and on the basis of the empirical analysis put forward some specific suggestions to the poverty.In this paper,we use the micro data of the CFPS(Chinese family dynamic tracking survey)to study the poverty problem through the multi-level model.The first use of household questionnaire,family relationship questionnaire choose household age,household age and household square education as the first multi-level hierarchical model,and then through the questionnaire of community choice as a model of the county per capita income logarithmic second level.The use of multi-level model is an innovation of this thesis,the multi-level model can simultaneously consider the family level and community level variables,and the use of multi-level model can solve the ordinary regression model due to errors caused by the differences between groups,which can improve the accuracy of estimation.However,the biggest drawback of this paper is the use of cross section model does not establish the panel data model,which is a common problem in most of the literature.This paper first reviews the domestic and foreign theories about poverty for a long time,many scholars launched an extensive discussion around the problem of poverty.A large amount of literature on the relationship between economic growth,income distribution and poverty.A large number of studies have been made on the relationship between economic growth,income distribution and poverty.In the previous study,the domestic and foreign research on the effects of poverty income growth and income distribution,be too numerous to enumerate.From the content point of view,these studies can be broadly divided into two categories of income growth and poverty and income distribution and poverty.Then the theory of Mincer income equation based on logistic model is established by the income effect of family poverty related factors,mainly analyzes the main household household education level,household age and household age square family characteristics for the poor state of these effects.Secondly,through the establishment of a multi-level model from the family level and county level,two level further in-depth study of the family live in areas of economic conditions such as per capita income level affect income distribution for households in poor state and the analysis of China's rural economic growth and income distribution impacts on poverty reduction mechanism.This paper sets up a regression model theory of Mincer equation ordinary Logistic showed that age was positively U relationship between a family and the probability of falling into poverty household based on when the age of householder is less than some critical value,with the increase of the age of the householder,however the family into poverty probability is not reduced,when broken,beyond a certain age of householder a critical value,with the further growth of household age,family poverty probability is increasing.In addition,the study also shows that the head of the household level of education for the head of the household to get rid of poverty is favorable.These results are consistent with theoretical Mincer income equation.This from a single family micro level analysis of the impact of family characteristics on the poor state of the family,this analysis ignores the family's economic conditions and other factors on the impact of the state of poverty..The family is not an isolated individual,the family is nested in the District,so we established a regression model of multi-level Logistic family level and county level based on the comprehensive consideration of family layer and county level for the poor state of the effect.Multilevel model showed that the probability of families into poverty reduction,with the county economic growth however,income inequality in family poverty reduction is adverse,and the deterioration of income distribution will affect economic growth and poverty reduction.Finally,through the elastic analysis shows that,when the Gini coefficient is less than a certain threshold value,the probability of families into poverty reduction,along with the economic growth.However,when the Gini coefficient is bigger than the threshold value of economic growth for the families out of poverty is not useful,is not conducive to reducing poverty.
