Research On The Choice Of Chain Retail Enterprises Procurement Suppliers

With Chinese economic step on the track of rapid development,the domestic retail chain also got on the ride,but the rapid development has also exposed a number of shortcomings,how to effectively select procurement suppliers is one of the very significant objective problems.Currently research on the retail chain procurement supplier evaluation and selection is not deep enough,especially in the retail chain which based on purchase cost and service levels or considering procurement allocation and subsequent management issues.Therefore,further explore the chain of retail procurement supplier evaluation having a certain necessity.This paper describes the related theory of retail supply chain management and procurement cost management to explore the status of domestic and foreign suppliers’chain management,Then comparatively analyse the domestic and foreign suppliers’evaluation and selection,we find that the domestic retail chain procurement failed to effectively evaluate suppliers’ selection and has many problems in the subsequent management,so we consider it necessary to optimize the current selection and evaluation system.By comparing each methods,we determine to use of ANP and MOP for retail chains to optimize procurement suppliers’ selection.Due to the selective relationship exists between some indicators interrelated procurement suppliers,so we can consider using index mutual influence between the ANP to build procurement supplier evaluation system,it can better exert effect on the index system of procurement supplier evaluation and selection;Then combine retail chain features peculiar to draw scholars existing research results,and to design appropriate questionnaire,this article also appropriate practical cases to illustrate the usefulness of the evaluation system.By principal component analysis to establish the related rights corresponding index system weight,and sequence supplier firstly.Using related rights which determined by ANP to anlyse allocation,and combine the actual case to prove its applicability.The feature of MOP is the introduction of the "relationship between the cost factor" in the choice of procurement and supply,not only to minimize the cost of targets,but also to achieve a reasonable level of service,so it’s strong scientific.Innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the construction of the network model structure of interaction between the evaluation index,andcombined with the practical problems to demonstrate.Under the two aims of the lowest purchase cost and the best level of service,we use MOP to calculate reasonable procurement allocation.At the same time,classify suppliers according to the amount of the procurement and distribution as well as how much the cost of procurement,emphasize the relationship between care and maintenance after the completion of the procurement chain.It provides specific and practical methods for retail on suppliers’ selection and management.By combining the use of ANP and MOP to evaluation and selection on purchase retail chains supplier,to a certain extent,we can improve the effectiveness of suppliers’ selection.
