Since the reform and opening of China,the gold development of real estate industry has gone for 30 years.Commercial real estate as a late show,over the last ten years has made leaps in development.But with the recent House price falling,declining volumes,the State bail-out.Fast-growing commercial real estate market seems to have reached the inflection point.Facing increasingly severe market situation,every commercial real estate companies are thinking about their future development directions.In this context,to make enterprises competitive strategies,companies could survive in the fierce competition in the market,and growing.This article through analyzing the situation of China's commercial real estate industry and analysis of internal environment of the Weihua group,formulate corresponding enterprises competitive strategy,believe that task for commercial real estate at reasonable competitive strategy of enterprises involved in changing market competition will play a role.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part is the introduction;the second part is an overview of the strategic management theory and literature;the third part is the analysis of Weihua group strategic environment,including commercial real estate industry internal and external environment analysis,SWOT analysis of enterprise;the fourth department is divided into the commercial real estate of Weihua group competition strategy of select and developed;the fifth part is the competition strategy of commercial real estate of Weihua group implementation and guarantees,including Weihua group enterprise culture on strategic support,and organization structure transformation,and internal mechanism transformation,and human resources system transformation;the sixth part is the conclusion of the paper summary and Outlook.The competition strategy of the commercial real estate of Weihua group is the research object.Through the analysis of enterprise strategic environment,come to the commercial real estate business of Weihua group should choose the urban centers of third-tier and forth-tier cities as the target market to focus on the strategic development of community shopping centers-The commercial squares of Weihua group.
