An Empirical Study Of Effect Of Attitude Toward The Behavior On Cyberloafing

In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and the Internet technology continues to improve,the effective running of the enterprise get more protection,not only shorten the production cycle,reduce production costs,and improve the market efficiency of production and service.However,the Internet has brought great convenience to enterprises at the same time,also produced a new form of work to do:network idle behavior,such as employees in the work time browsing and work related web pages,online purchase of personal items and personal emails etc..Network idle behavior has become not only a waste of time extremely common in the workplace,but also brings serious harm to the enterprise,such as broadband congestion,security risks,legal risks and other issues.Therefore,to study the factors of influencing cyberloafing behavior,and to explore the methods of inhibiting this behavior,has become a realistic problem that enterprises have to face now.In this paper,the theory of planned behavior as the theory basis,influence mechanism of idle network behavior,formed by the behavior and attitude as leading variables,behavioral intention as intermediary variables,psychological collectivism as moderating variable,network behavior idle as the theoretical framework of the outcome variable,and then explain the process effect of enterprise employees' behavior and attitude of the network behavior.This paper first makes a comprehensive search of related research literature at home and abroad,and the collected literatures,expounds the concept and measurement method of network idle behavior,behavior attitude,behavior intention and psychological collectivism,and based on this,puts forward the theoretical framework of this study;secondly,through the comparison of the amount of the selection of mature scale,through the network channels to the employees of the enterprise issuing electronic questionnaire link form 214 effective samples;finally,by using SPSS22.0 statistical analysis software for inspection and analysis of the data,and then draw the following conclusions:(1)Positive attitude and behavior related to network idle behavior.The results of regression analysis showed that employee behavior attitude can positively predict the behavior of the network network idle,idle behavior more recognized employees,more actual network behavior idle at work.(2)The behavior intention plays a mediating role in the relationship between attitude and behavior of idle network behavior.When the staff of the network behavior more idle is positive,it will have more network idle behavior intention and actual behavior of idle network.(3)Psychological collectivism in the behavior attitude and behavior intention to play a regulatory role.Through the correlation analysis,the significant negative correlation between psychological collectivism and behavioral intention was found.Regression analysis also found that psychological collectivism in the behavior attitude and behavior intention to play a regulatory role.As the employee psychological collective behavior and attitude to actually improve,positively influence the implementation of network idle behavior intention weaken.The theoretical significance of this paper lies in the staff of the idle network behavior psychological feelings,mechanism of the behavior and attitude of network idle behavior,improve the performance of the individual layer of the network behavior problems of the idle;to explore the psychological collectivism in the behavior of moderating effect between attitude and behavior intention,theory research deepened stage the network idle behavior.The practical value is that business can make clear how employees perceive network idle behavior,attitude and behavior understanding between network connection and idle behavior factors that inhibit cyberloafing behavior.Finally,a series of suggestions management way through this research,to help enterprises to implement a more effective network idle behavior management,so as to improve the staffs work efficiency and management level.
