Industry Chain Integration Model About Agricultural Product Enterprises Which Oriented Open Innovation:Double Case Studies Based On Industry Convergence Perspective

Recently,in addition to climatic conditions and natural conditions which is difficult to solve in the short-term,the main problems of agricultural development include two aspects:first,the entire agricultural production chain is in a tomographic conditions,which lacks an effective link between the first,second and tertiary industries,second,and more agricultural enterprises concentrated in the stages of primary products production and processing,lack innovation capacity in technology and resources,so it is difficult to form a unique brand to ensure the stability of the downstream market.According to the operational problems about traditional integrative patterns of industrial chain for agricultural product enterprises,existing research have been unilaterally argued only from the blocking role or the lack of innovation,they lack systematic research in how to ensure the industry chain to break through the traditional boundaries for effective integration,but also constantly carry out internal and external technology,products and other aspects of innovation,to achieve the organic integration of the two aspects.Based on the retrospection of the existing research,this paper finds that industrial convergence is a process of industry dynamic development which is caused by the shrinkage and disappearance of industrial boundary.Industrial convergence theory can not only change the drawbacks of traditional industrial chain,but also bring related industries of the innovation upgrade.This paper attempts to build a new industry chain integration model for open innovation from the perspective of industry integration,which will provide guidance for enterprises to realize innovation and upgrade in the industry chain integration in the whole operation process.We select the CP Group and COFCO as our study object,using case studies,then we take a compare analysis for the process and focus of industry convergence approach.It mainly reflects in the following aspects:(1)Different development stages adopt a different penetration way for technology.early development of enterprises mainly adopt the form of technology penetration from outside to inside,enterprises tend to imitate innovation,absorption and innovation,finally,the whole industry chain model adopt a technology penetration from the local to the whole enterprise ultimately has a sound technical innovation chain,creating a successful technology-led innovation-oriented industrial chain integration model.(2)A cross-integration of different industries to generate new spatial layout.Cross-industry integration break the original boundaries of traditional industries,open different degrees of extension to expand in the space range,the dimensions of vertical and horizontal cross-industry integration bring a kind of spatial expansion innovation-oriented industrial chain integration,achieved the whole industry chain integration from the farm to table.(3)Industrial restructuring strategy promote the optimization for the whole industry chain structure.Different companies take different degrees of restructuring,through the way of acquisitions and mergers,industrial restructuring changes the original architecture,continue to meet the demand of market and consumer,forming a remodeling innovation-oriented industrial chain integration,the enterprise become giant agricultural enterprises eventually,to achieve a sustainable development.Innovation to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.We find that a new type of industrial chain integration model not only change the closed drawbacks of the traditional industrial chain and bring new creativity constantly,they link industry chain integration and open innovation by penetration,cross and restructuring of industrial convergence way,and deepen and expand the breadth and depth of open innovation for agricultural product enterprises,Thereby forming a pattern of industrial development with a high degree of integration and dynamic competitive advantage,to provide theoretical support and policy advice for the realization of the industrial chain upgrading about agricultural product enterprises.
