The Influence Of The Combination Of Industry And Finance On The Enterprise Value

Enterprises in the development process,when the industrial capital development to a certain extent,the demand for capital will continue to expand,in order to enhance production capacity,competitiveness,and to solve the problem of funds,enterprises will transfer to the financial capital on the ways of investing in financial institutions and setting up financial companies,hope to play a similar role in financial institutions.In our country,the combination of industry and finance has already existed.In addition,the policy continues to relax,financial capital has begun to open the door to industrial capital,the combination of industrial capital and financial capital has become closer,and more frequent,the content has been richer,the way has been more diverse.But for the process of combination of industry and finance,the academic research is only in the initial stage.In this process,some enterprises through the synergistic effect of combination of industry and finance,to obtain a higher income,the enterprise value can be increased;and some enterprises in the process of combination,may be failed to predict the high risk of the financial industry,made the enterprise development difficult,and even lead to bankruptcy.So,the enterprise combination effect may bring about some danger in the implementation process,if do not control the risk effectively,improving the monitoring and management work,the combination will brought the negative effect to the enterprise.Each enterprises are pursuing sustainable development,and the real significance of the combination of industrial capital and financial capital is the synergetic effect can bring long-term profits for enterprises,so do not make the wrong decision just for short-term interests.By summarizing the domestic and foreign relevant point of view,the paper studied the impact of the combination of production and finance on enterprise value from the perspective of financial management.This paper is divided into five parts,the first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the background,the structure of the article,the significance and methods.The second chapter is the literature review,defines the relevant concepts,and reviews the existing research on the relationship between production and financial integration and enterprise value.The third chapter is about the theoretical analysis,and introduces the theoretical basis and theoretical framework.The fourth chapter is the case part,this paper selects Qingdao Haier companie as the research object,analyzes the influence of the combination of financial integration on the enterprise value.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,that the combination can significantly affect the value of the enterprise,is not only the objective requirement of the allocation of social resources to enhance corporate value,it is inevitable trend.And according to the risk to the enterprise,the paper puts forward some relevant suggestions.
