Sequencing Games With Slack Due Windows And Group Technology Considerations

Game theory is a favourite appreciation of hot topics and it is also an important theoretical concept,and it makes the economics revolutionary change.It inherits and develops the traditional economics and makes the field of economic analysis a qualitative leap.Because of the strong reality of the game theory,it has an important guiding significance on the economic reform of our country.Cooperative game is essential in game theory and it includes many topics.And it can be applied in many fields and form a series of cooperative game model.Using cooperative game theory to study practical problems often can make in-depth exploration and also get many meaningful conclusions and suggests of administration.In this full of competitive environment,all industries are facing great pressure and manufacturing is unavoidable.In order to survive,manufacturing already transform from the traditional pattern of single product processing to many kinds of processing mode.This change not only brings them benefit,but also same processing and manufacturing problems,such as low productivity and the cost of production is too big.Group technology is a special kind of production organization and management technology for the production of multi-products.In our country,the application of group technology is widespread,especially in the large print,cigarette making,and other industries.Just in time(JIT)is a favorable factor which is used to improve enterprises’ competition.Just-in-time scheduling models have received considerable attention.In most study,each order has the same due date or due window,but in our study,each order will have an unique due date or due window.In this competitive environment,the situation of service industry is also not optimistic,how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises is a key point in the research of this article.In this paper we study two kinds of sequencing situations.And both of the sequencing situations are raised from two kinds of scheduling problems.These two scheduling problems are scheduling problems with group technology and slack due dates’considerations and scheduling problems with Group technology and slack due windows considerations.What’s more,we also build a sequencing game which adapt to these two seducing situations.As same as the solution to scheduling problems,we should find the optimal sequence of the scheduling problem given in our paper firstly.Otherwise,we consider every customer knows first come first serve and why the customers will change the initial order sequence to follow the optimal sequence?Naturally,no customer will let the manufacturer make a higher profit at the expense of having its own order delivery plan disrupted.So,we introduce cooperative game to the scheduling problem to build a sequencing game and design an allocation mechanism to allocate the cost saving from re-sequencing the orders among the customers in a fair manner.In this case,the enterprise will achieve a maximization long-term benefit and a win-win cooperation.What’s more,the allocation mechanisms we have given in our paper are all proved strictly.
