Research On The Relationship Between Relationship Networks, Knowledge Integration Capabilities And Corporate Internationalization Performance

With the deepening of economic globalization,more and more enterprises choosing internationalization as an important strategy of growing,Especially small and medium-sized enterprises which are the majority of global economy,which play irreplaceable role in promoting economic growth and expanding international trade?However,due to the small and medium-sized enterprise own limited resources,the vast and solid international and domestic network become an essential factor to the internationalization growth of many small and medium-sized enterprise.in a dynamic international business environment.On the one hand,the enterprises can quickly get more scarce resources through the network and form their own competitive advantage On the other hand,through the information transfer between the network relationship,enterprises can obtain knowledge and information about the international operation timely and accurately,forming knowledge capital,improving their management level and resource utilization efficiency.With the deepening of the theory research and practice of knowledge management,the capacity of enterprise knowledge acquisition in their relationship network is growing,but the research for the knowledge integration capability is slightly insufficient,moreover,the research for the mechanism of knowledge impact in the relationship network is also not enough?Based on this,this paper selects the angle of knowledge integration capability to research the mechanism of the relationship between network and international performance through the empirical analysis.On the basis of the reading of vast amount of literature,this article combed out this research involves the relationship between the performance of network,knowledge integration capability and international related research.Believe that knowledge integration capability in network and international performance is likely to exist between the intermediary role.On the basis of the model and hypotheses,and through the empirical analysis for the relationship between network,knowledge integration capability and the relationship between the internationalization performance on hypothesis testing,According to the results of empirical analysis,the ontology to the following conclusion:First,the establishment of the network and application to the improvement of small and medium-sized enterprise knowledge integration capability and performance have a significant role in promoting the growth of internationalization;Second,the improvement of small and medium-sized enterprise knowledge integration capability for a positive role in promoting the performance of enterprise internationalization growth;Third,the ability of knowledge integration in the relationship between the internationalization of network performance have the effect of partial mediation.Based on the conclution,this article puts forward the constructive Suggestions for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
