In the end of 1980s,under the pull of the rapid economic development in our country,rural tourism is also quickly developed at an unprecedented rate.And also attracted more and more tourists from cities and towns.It has become an indispensable part of the domestic tourism industry,and has also played a huge function and role for the further development of China’s tourism industry.With China’s urban residents’ material and spiritual life level constant improving,people have more desire for spiritual and cultural demand.In addition,a lot of workers living and working under a huge pressure,their leisure and entertainment concept also gradually strengthened,so the suburban and rural tourism is becoming the best choice for urban residents travel.China’s rural tourism is in the booming development,however,at the same time,it also encountered a lot of practical problems and difficulties,such as the "disorder" and"foreign land" phenomenon at the aspects of rural tourism management is especially outstanding,which leads directly to some tourism revenue is got by some foreign investors,and even formed a vicious "blood mechanism" and directly affects the economic development of rural tourism.Long years ago,the domestic and international scholars have already obtained good research findings in the aspects of Rural tourism development and construction.In recent years,as a form of rural tourism,farm tourism has appealed to more and more city residents,and also developed all parts of the country with a strong momentum.Though,there are differences between rural development speed and quantity in China’s provinces and cities,the lack of complete and systematic theory of rural tourism product development is more outstanding,which leads to a the rural tourism products are with lower grades in some areas,and can’t really meet the urban tourists’ growing multiple market demands.In addition,to be fair,farm tourism and other forms of rural tourism are in bad development direction and mode,violate the guiding ideology of the new rural construction in China,and unfavorable to,or even hindered the process of new rural construction.Therefore,in order to realize the healthy and sustainable development of farm tourism and make positive contribution to promote the new rural construction in our country,it is necessary to study the theory of coordinated development of farm tourism and the new rural construction in deeply..Though,the rural tourism can promote the local rural economic development,limited by the factors of China’s rural residents’ own conditions and low cultural quality,combined with the related domestic rural tourism system is not perfect China’s rural residents have lower participation in the process of rural tourism development and limited participation in income distribution.And also failed to truly,fundamentally play role to promote the development of local rural economy.Therefore,on the basis of draw lessons from foreign experience,the author through analysis the case of rural residents participate in the rural tourism in jiangsu province jiangba city,and find the problems existing in the rural residents to participate in the process of rural tourism,and in-depth analysis;In order to construct the patterns of rural residents’ participation in tourism,and set effective and feasible principle,to promote rural residents participation,solve the problem of employment of rural residents,etc,make the rural residents can profit from tourism,really realize the ultimate goal of developing rural tourism.This article consists of five parts.The first part is exordium.In this chapter,the author introduce the article’s research significance and research methods.The second part:the basic theory of rural tourism.In this chapter,mainly define the concepts of community,the rural tourism,rural residents to participate in tourism.Also,analysis the importance of rural residents participate in rural tourism,the advantages and restricting factors of rural residents to participate in rural tourism.The third part:Investigation and Analysis on rural residents participate in the rural tourism,take jiangba city for example.This chapter try to discuss the current situation of rural tourism,rural residents participate in rural tourism and problems in jiangba city.The fourth part:construct the models of rural resident’s participation in rural tourism.This chapter analysis the models of rural residents participate in rural tourism,the participant main status and functions,and research the relationship of each participant,the mechanism of rural residents participate in the local rural tourism and the types of rural tourism in jiangba city.The fifth part:conclusion and suggestion.This chapter concludes all contexts,expound the shortcomings of the article and the future research direction;in addition,give some advice on realizing all rural residents participate local rural tourism completely.
