With the rapid development of socio-economic,China's social security system is constantly improving.As an important part of the security system,pension endowment insurance is the most important one of the five main types of insurance.It plays an important role in the basic life of the retired workers.As the function of the safeguard keeps enhancing,the scope,content and personnel of endowment insurance are becoming more and more widely.After the reform and opening up in China,the government shifted the country 's economic system from pure planned economy to market economy.Aiming at reforming the state-owned enterprises,safeguarding the rights and interests of laborers and keeping social stability,the personal endowment insurance system was firstly reformed.This action also offered valuable experience to the reforming of the government institutions endowment insurance system.The reforming of the endowment insurance system gradually expanded to the government institutions.As the socialist market economy constantly improves,the government's institution reforming and personnel system reforming need to be deepened further.The current retirement system of the government institutions also needs to be reformed,to comply with our country's endowment insurance system.This paper mainly researches on the endowment insurance system of the administration.This paper also discusses the technology of the information-management system used in the function and the implementation of the operation process of the endowment insurance work.The system adopts C/S/S(Client/Application Server/Database Server)architecture and uses the Java language and the UniEAP development platform of the neusoft.The system realizes the management of the adding of the retired-personnel,the management of the report forms of the treatment and the pitching account(error inspection).The results of the research can deal with:(1)The forecast of the age of the retirement,the adding of the new retirees and the modification of basic information of the retirees.(2)The query and summary of the endowment insurance information of the administration that join in the insurance program.The arrangement and comparison of the involved amount of money for the local insurance department.(3)Reaching the purpose of mistake-proofing and error-detection..The results of research could provide technical support and implementation for the construction and operation of the endowment insurance system of the Beijing fire-control administration.
