City commercial banks nowadays has become a new financial force for local economy and social development. City commercial banks want to improve the competitiveness in the banking industry, the management of human resource is the key point, and compensation management is one of the key elements of human resource management.This paper takes the Leshan City Commercial Bank as the research object, and is guided by the modern enterprise compensation management theory, and probes into the related problems of the Leshan City Commercial Bank's compensation management.First of all, through the way of questionnaire survey, the current situation of compensation management of Leshan City Commercial Bank was investigated, and the problems and possible reasons of Leshan City Commercial Bank's salary management has been analyzed.Then, the paper studies the advanced experience of the compensation management of commercial banks in Europe and America, combined with the actual situation of Leshan City Commercial Bank, and put forward the Countermeasures of Leshan City Commercial Bank salary management.Finally, in order to ensure the optimization of the salary management system can get a good guarantee and smooth implementation, this paper puts forward the effective recommendation to improve the management of the compensation for the Leshan City commercial banks.
