Entrepreneurship Research On Family Farm In Yongzhou Hunan

Issues related to agriculture, rural areas and farmers have always been the focus of The Party and The Government work. In recent years, many scholars have been exploring ways and measures to solve issues of agriculture, rural areas and famers from the perspectives of industrialization, urbanization, development of cities and towns in rural areas, and so on. However, they have neglected farmer entrepreneurship as the major way of increasing employment and incomes of famer.Family Farm is a new type of government-supported agricultural management featuring modernized and industrialized mode of production, intensive operation and family-based management. It is conducive to ensure the one of stability of rural areas, promote economic development of agriculture and raise the famer’s incomes. As important form of famer entrepreneurship, modern family farm management is at a crucial stage of market endogamy and government promotion. Meanwhile, how to boost growth of domestic family farms become both a theoretical problem and practical one.This thesis apply a survey and analysis on the entrepreneurship of family farms in Yongzhou by means of literature research method, field method and the method of combining quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis. At first, I elaborate on related, studies on family farm at home and abroad literature research method. In addition, I explain the relevant concepts and theoretical basis involved with family farms and entrepreneurship in detail. The I draw a conduction on the current situation and development performance of family farms in Yongzhou through field method, and on the basis on which I also analyze factors that hind which are pose by family farmers funds technologies land and supporting facilities. Lastly, I put forward specific methods and suggestions accordingly.
