Research Of Rural Financial Resources Allocation Efficiency In Human Province

Finance is increasingly becoming the core force of modern economic development. Rationalization of agricultural financial resources will promote the rapid development of the rural economy. However, recently the rural financial resources allocation efficiency of Hunan Province is low, establish and improve the allocation of financial resources is one of great significance in promoting the development of agricultural modernization in Hunan Province.Through research status at home and abroad in the financial resource allocation efficiency connotation, empirical research and financial resources allocation; and combined with related theories such as rural financial resource allocation and allocation efficiency, drawn a conclusion that rural the rational allocation of rural financial resources related to agriculture sustainable development and the modernization of rural economic. After that, this study analyzed the status of Hunan's rural financial resources allocation. Subsequently, on the basis of above, this study do an empirical analysis to exam the allocation efficiency of Hunan rural financial resources. Through a linear regression model, this study analyzed the contribution of various financial resources for agricultural output, per capita net income of farmers and revenue of township enterprises, concluded that the allocation efficiency of rural financial resources in Hunan Province is low. Then, this study analyzed the reasons of low allocation efficiency of rural financial resources in Hunan Province from aspects of allocation body, allocation mechanism and rural financial ecological environment etc. For these three issues, we propose some countermeasures to improve the allocation efficiency of rural financial resources. Play the function of rural financial resources allocation body; Improve the rural financial resources allocation mechanisms and Improve the financial environment.
