A Study Of Risk Management On Y' Mainframe Outsourcing Project From Japan

Benefit from China's labor cost advantage,demographic dividend,open market economic policies and other factors,some cities,represented by Dalian introduced Japan oriented software development business.According to the study,to explore how to effectively control mainframe business outsourcing risk,improve the risk management level,and reduce potential risks to outsourcing brings the loss and the continued development of the outsourcing industry has practical significance.This paper firstly summarizes the research achievements of domestic and foreign experts.Then,take a mainframe Japan oriented outsourcing project as an example,analyzing the risk sources of mainframe project.Then,based on the analysis of risk sources,using empirical method,identify 17 risk factors,the yen exchange rate,and effective communication and so on,and from the actual work,discusses the reasons for the existence of various risk factors.Next,on 17 risk factors from the attention degree,actually happen,risk impact degree three aspects,in the Y enterprise's mainframe development department implement a questionnaire survey,and the results of the questionnaire survey were statistically analyzed.Then,by using the analytic hierarchy process,the results of the vector calculation of the two-dimensional judgment matrix are used to analyze the statistical results of the questionnaire survey,and the consistency of the two-dimensional judgment matrix is calculated.At last,from the practical point of outsourcing,some suggestions are put forward for the risk control and the risk response.The characteristic of this paper lies in the combination of theory and practice,and further deepen the existing theory of outsourcing.Furthermore,looking forward to reach two targets through the research,which are building up and intensifying new thoughts and directing the enterprise's practical operation to improve the enterprise's ability to resist risks and profit level.
