Research On Xi'an Tourism Development Model Based On Low Carbon Perspective

Under the background of rising in the global greenhouse effect, such as low-carbon life, low-carbon economy, becoming increasingly prevalent and quickly used in people's social life and various industries and various fields. As a new and the closest relationship with the people production and living of modern industry department of national economy,with the advent of energy crisis and environmental pollution problems,green tourism, ecological tourism, and other new forms of tourism appear constantly,especially the low carbon tourism not only get more attention in the government and the tourism industry,but also become a hot issue of concern and study of the subjects.Using the theories and methods of human geography,research the city low carbon tourism development,not only can expand the horizon of low-carbon tourism research,rich theoretical system,Innovate research methods,but also provide decision-making basis and reference for Xi'an low-carbon city tourism development,it has a practical significance.Xi'an is one of the earliest cities in tourism development in china, it is also a tourist destination city of the tourists at home and abroad look forward to, tourism has become an important pillar industry support the city's economic development.In order to establish the Xi'an as an international tourist city, and build Xi'an city tourism bigger and stronger,at the same time,realize the sustainable development of the tourism, the development of low carbon is imperative. Under the guidance of the concept of "low carbon", look Xi'an low carbon tourism development as the research object, according to the research train of thought:basic research, comprehensive analysis, model building, empirical analysis. Taking historical statistics released by national authoritative department as the basis, using literature analysis, empirical analysis, questionnaire investigation, the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods.First of all, analyzing comprehensively of Xi'an tourism,tourism resources development situation and characteristics,evaluate the current Xi'an carbon low carbon tourism development level and the Xi'an tourism way, analyzing Xi'an low-carbon tourism development. Then Xi'an low-carbon tourism development model was proposed, Xi'an, Qinling ecological tourist area and Lintong Qin Tang culture tourist area as a case to empirically.Research conclusions are as follows:(1)Until now Xi'an has reached 67.524% of "low-carbon tourist city" construction target.Among them, the tourism economy level, levels of tourism forms completed degree,energy consumption, ecological environment, low carbon tourism policy completed degree and low carbon tourism concept have reached 65.18%,66.76%, 68.82%,70.18%,72.22% and 64.58% of low-carbon target.Visible, Xi'an also has big development space and potential in the construction of low-carbon tourist city,the ecological environment and low carbon tourism policy degree of finish is better, more than 70%, and the concept of low carbon tourism and consumer behavior are lower, we need to strengthen the concept of low carbon tourism publicity and education in the further.(2) Xi'an tourism in 2000-2013 carbon emissions rise by fluctuation condition,xi-'an tourism industry carbon emissions to 9.576 million t in 2013, the largest is traffic emissions, accounting for 41% of the total carbon emissions, next is shopping, accounting for 10% of the total carbon emissions, accommodation 9%, food accounted for 8%,visiting is 6%, at least, entertainment accounts for only 3% of the total carbon emissions, other sectors accounted for 23%.Thus, the carbon footprint of traffic is main aspect to impact of Xi'an development of low carbon tourism, we should focus on control of CO2 emissions in tourism traffic. Traffic emissions, the aircraft accounted for 57%, followed by private cars accounted for 26%, passenger cars accounted for 11%, the train carbon emissions is the least,it is 6%,so carbon emissions of the visible air is traffic giants.(3) Xi'an low-carbon tourism development model is proposed in this paper: industrial integration development, market development, technology promotion development pattern, resource integration development pattern, construction of low carbon tourism development mode.The implementation path for Xi'an low-carbon tourism development mode:Taking low carbon as concept,taking the government, tour operators and tourism consumer as behavior main body,taking the supervision and management, planning and design, product development and management, low carbon travel behavior as the development of ideas,building a low carbon tourism system together.The operation mechanism of Xi'an low-carbon tourism development mode include:The early stage of the development is scientific planning, next is the correct operating practice, the later is management maintenance in time.(4) Low carbon tourism development mode and management advice of Xi'an Qinling ecological tourist area:Ecological protection is the premise of low carbon development,then build Xi'an Qinling low-carbon tourism area,low carbon experience area,low carbon leisure resort area,and build related low-carbon tourism products.(5) Low carbon tourism development model and management ideas of Lintong Qin Tang cultural tourist area:Low carbon planning first,then strengthen the construction of low carbon infrastructure, develop low carbon attractions, set up low carbon market brand image, cultivate low carbon consumption.The main innovations:(1) Construct innovative low-carbon tourism evaluation index system.Combine with the related research results and expert consultation method, construct the evaluation index system of low-carbon tourism. In constructing a system, the evaluation index factors includes not only economic indicators of tourism, tourist index, energy consumption index and quantitative index of the formats, also include low carbon policy and qualitative indicators, implement using the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the level of low-carbon development of tourism, further improve the research field.(2) Divide the tourism field of carbon emissions reasonable.Analyze the limiting factors of low carbon level of Xi'an tourism development, this paper analyzes the Xi'an tourism industry of carbon emissions, from the tourist transportation, accommodations, sightseeing, catering, entertainment, shopping six aspects analyze the causes of the Xi'an high carbon emissions, provide theoretical and data basis for low carbon tourism development model.(3) Try to build low carbon tourism development model according to the practice of Xi'an tourism development.Based on plenty of data and theory, the article put forward the Xi'an low-carbon tourism development mode adapting to the practical situation of Xi'an, and analyze its realization and running mechanism, finally,select Xi'an Qinling ecological tourist area and Lintong Qin-Tang culture tourist area as cases, put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the two different nature of the cases.
