With the rapid development of global economy, the consumption of energy become much more than before. Traditional energy, such as crude oil, natural gas and coal resources are limited in quantity, and at same time, have much heavier negative effect on the environment. As a clean and renewable energy, the hydro power industry has become the focus of the enterprise in the new period. Hunan Vanguard Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Vanguard)as the one hundred hydro power equipment manufacture enterprises, in the face of the global hydro power industry rapid development and an increasingly competitive environment, expand the scale of hydro power equipment production from unit capacity 10MW to 100MW and years production capacity 50MW to 1000MW,so that Vanguard is urgently to establish advanced marketing strategy to suitable for enterprise long-term development.This paper based on the "Marketing Strategy Choice of Hunan Vanguard Group Co., Ltd." as the research object, I combined myself marketing managements experience and with professional knowledge learned from MBA program as a guide, using the corresponding methods and models to analyze the thesis. Paper analysis the background and significance of research Vanguard marketing strategy, the current research situation at home and abroad and the main content and research approach. On this basis, further analysis of Vanguard current macro environment, internal environment and competition situation, so the foreign EPC contractor project will become the main thrust of future market, and formulate the overall marketing strategy goal of Vanguard is to become a mechanical and electrical equipment system integration technology solutions, suppliers and service providers of small and medium-sized hydro power station.
