Yitai Group's Material Procurement Strategy Research Based On Supply Chain Theory

With the development of the global economy,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.The competition among enterprises is no longer a competition of two companies,but competition in the supply chain centered on enterprise.Companies are also faced with the pressure of shorten delivery cycles,improve the quality of supply products,lower total cost of procurement and continuously improve the service.Procurement strategy as part of their overall strategy,in the new competitive environment and the company's organizational structure,companies are facing significant challenges.Procurement is the core of the enterprise,is the cost center of the enterprise.It is the key link in the supply chain to connect the enterprises and suppliers.Good procurement strategy can reduce procurement costs and the total cost of the enterprise investment.Reduction the total cost of investment has become an important source of competitive advantage for enterprises to continue.On the basis of first-hand information after the author's in-depth investigation,collection and sort out,Guided by the advanced supply chain management theory,the author analyzed the materials procurement strategy for Yitai Group.First of all,Yitai group's internal and external environment,Yitai group procurement strategy and overall strategy and correlation are analyzed.Next,Yitai Group centralized procurement strategy,including procurement category,supplier management and procurement cost management are analyzed.Then,combined with the existing situation Yitai Group,to optimize the focus of procurement management,to design different procurement strategy for different types of material.Yitai group procurement category,supplier management and procurement cost optimization method is proposed.Especially on the following issues of innovation analysis,one is the supplier relationship was divided into four kinds of relations: normal procurement relationship,prior purchasing relationship,partnership relationship and strategic alliance procurement relationship;the second is the establishment of supplier evaluation system for company a combination of qualitative and quantitative;the third is business process optimization is carried out on the material procurement information system.Finally,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions in the implementation of strategic alliance procurement and e-commerce procurement.Based on the supply chain management and other related theoretical knowledge,theory with reality,this paper analyze Yitai group procurement strategy,hoping to provide direction for the development of Yitai group procurement strategy and also provide a reference for other Chinese coal enterprises procurement management reform.
