Establish and improve the incentive mechanism is the core component of human resources management,is also an important resource for the development of the banking industry.In today's era,it is more and more important to improve the incentive mechanism of scientific and technical personnel in banking industry,which determines the success or failure of the industry.Therefore,how to mobilize the initiative and creativity of the scientific and technological personnel,the sustainable development of the economic business of the bank and the image of the quality of service in the mind of the customer,in view of the characteristics of the banking industry itself.With the continuous development of banks in these years,the banking science and technology personnel are also increasing,with the accompanying increase in personnel is the case of new problems,some of the work of banking technology and mental state is not satisfactory,Its root cause,lack of motivation is one of the important factors.For the banking science and technology personnel,the construction of effective core scientific and technological personnel incentive mechanism is the key to the sustainable development of the banking industry.In this paper,the bank scientific and technical personnel as a research object,to explore the application of the incentive mechanism of the status quo,problems and countermeasures.First,the related concepts and theories of motivation are explained,including two-factor theory,equity theory,expectation theory and demand-level theory.Secondly,the concept and characteristics of scientific and technical personnel are analyzed.Secondly,the technology of rural credit cooperatives in Jining And then analyzes the existing problems of incentive mechanism of scientific and technical personnel in rural credit cooperatives of Jining City,and analyzes the incentive mechanism of the rural credit cooperatives in Jining City,and analyzes the incentive mechanism of the rural credit cooperatives in Jining City from the aspects of salary and welfare mechanism,performance appraisal mechanism and training incentive mechanism.The paper analyzes the main problems of the incentive mechanism by means of questionnaires,and finds out that the rural credit cooperatives in Jining City can be used as pilot points of incentive mechanism and gradually advanced to other sub-branches because of their relatively small scale.In the end,the research on the scheme and suggestion of the re-construction of incentive mechanism of scientific and technical personnel in rural credit cooperatives of Jining City is made,and the suggestion is given to the management of the scientific and technical personnel of the bank.In the incentive environment and the incentive environment,On the need to meet the wishes of the majority of bank employees,and can give innovative,flexible use of incentive mechanisms to help bank employees better access to the benefits of incentives.The incentive mechanism proposed in this article aims to improve the work enthusiasm of the staff,to help the healthy development of the banking industry to promote the business quality of bank clerk and give full play to their subjective initiative,so as to improve the enthusiasm and service level of bank employees.To improve the overall efficiency of the bank.
