Review the development of the economy since the reform and opening up in China,the rapid development of Small and medium-sized enterprises made great contributions for the economic development of our country. However, due to its small scale, imperfect corporate governance, the impact of asymmetric information and other factors, difficulty in financing for many years has been a significant problem of small and medium-sized enterprises,which is made a negative effect for its development. Since the end of 2013 National Equities Exchange and Quotations(NEEQ) expanded to the whole country, the domestic small and medium-sized enterprises have actively participated in application for listing. Obviously, the function of National Equities Exchange and Quotations obviously remits the problem of those companies suffering from difficulty in financing.Firstly, through the brief review of the development of the NEEQ, this article introduces the characteristics of the NEEQ, listing the pros and cons and the significance of the new board development in China in order to construct a preliminary understanding of the development of China's new board and China's multi-level capital market for the reader. Secondly, through the case of the company's introduction, the paper will analyze the necessity for its listing in the NEEQ, and lists the existing problems besides corresponding solutions, then designs a valid method for the companies.In the course of the study, literature research, comparative analysis, empirical analysis and other research methods are used in this paper. I hope that through this study, we can make more directors of small and medium-sized enterprises understand the capital market, especially the NEEQ. At the same time, I hope that China's policy decision layer can summarize solutions based on past experience in order to perfect the NEEQ construction, then make our country multi-level capital market to form a cohesive force, Hopefully, the NEEQ would play a greater role in the economic development of our country.
