In our country,how to solve the financing dilemma of agricultural economists and financial experts devote to study the problem.While the investment fund for agricultural industry is the lack of objective problems exist for a long time,is one of the major obstacles to China's "three rural" development.In fact,social capital is not lack of money,the key is to bring the field of agriculture lack of appreciation investment objectives and investment and financing mechanism for their capital.While social capital looking for investment opportunities,the other side is the lack of funds in the field of agriculture development difficulties.The analysis of its causes,there are two aspects:one is the weak foundation of agriculture,backward productivity,long production cycle,the lack of capital accumulation,does not have the social capital attractive;on the other hand is the traditional financing means,the lack of a positive investment and financing platform.And we can do is to improve the agricultural investment and financing channels,the design of a The new finance system,clear the agricultural investment and financing channels,the introduction of social capital into the field of agriculture.Agricultural development issue to establish the agricultural industrial investment fund is an innovative financial system arrangement for agriculture.It is the social idle funds together to invest in agriculture,promote agricultural industrialization,large-scale development,stronger to promote agricultural development and more and more attention in the promotion of agricultural enterprises.In good policy environment,agricultural investment fund industry is showing a flourishing situation.From the local government to the central enterprises,from banks to fund companies,from industry groups to financial institutions,investment in agriculture to essence the layout.In this paper,on the basis of existing research results,based on economic theory,using the empirical analysis,theoretical research,case studies and other research methods,connotation of investment fund from the agricultural industry,analysis of agricultural industrial investment fund operation and management based on the present situation,pattern,organization form,investment decision,risk prevention and control,incentive and restraint mechanism in-depth study of the agricultural development issue of agricultural industrialization investment fund,in order to improve the efficiency of investment fund for agricultural industry in China.Finally,policy support and guarantee mechanism for the development of agricultural industry of our country industry investment fund.This paper through four parts:the first part includes chapter one.The focus is put on the research problem,research ideas and methods and the main conclusions,the research results at home and abroad,explained the basic problems of innovation.The second part includes second chapters,the third chapter,the development of demand for agricultural industrial investment fund operation and management the theory and agricultural development of agricultural industrialization investment fund is discussed in this paper.The third part includes fourth chapters,discusses the operation mode of agricultural industrialization investment fund to solve the agricultural issue and expounds the government issue of agricultural industrialization investment fund should play the role in agriculture.The fourth part includes the fifth chapter,the problem and expounds the development of the agricultural industry of agricultural development bank the investment fund and the conclusions and innovations of this study to explore the content.
